Our company ‘Jac ART AS’ was founded in 1996 and is specialized only in Jacquard weaving. Our company produces based on customer orders most of which are home textiles, shirtings and bottom weights. The design department along with the weaving and sewing units, function under our roof whereas after treatments and various finishes are applied by specialized mills outside. We can color and simulate any design that our customers provide using the state-of-the-art NedGraphics Jacquard Pro and PointCarré softwares before sending them to our looms. Alternatively, we can create new designs using thousands of samples we have in our design archives.

Products:

All kinds of jacquard woven, yarn dyed, piece dyed greige goods or finished fabrics with special treatments. Table cloths with panel or allover design, napkins, place mats, runners, kitchen towels, bed spreads and throws, cushion covers, duvet cover sets, drapery, upholstery and apparel fabrics. Specially designed products for hotels and hospitals with logo.

Capacity:

Our production capacity is around 100,000m per month.

Technical Details:

Our loom widths vary between 130cm and 390cm

• We have 21 Sulzer looms working with Grosse jacquard machines among which the P7100 and P7150 models can weave double width and P6200s single width fabrics.

• We can produce grey fabrics with a max width of 380cm (149.6”) and finished fabrics with max width of 315cm (124”). Our panel design widths vary from 130cm (51”) to 230cm (90.5”)

• We can use all yarn counts ranging from Ne 6/1 to Ne 100/1 with warp densities from 9/cm to 64/cm. Our panel designs can be woven with a warp density of 28/cm with maximum repeat width of 230cm.
